I am a Sustainability Change Management and Social Enterprise Consultant, working independently through my business, Sustain-Live Consulting Ltd, and as an Associate for MMC and Voscur. With over 20 years of experience, I have been leading transformational, sustainable change across purpose-led businesses, social enterprises, and community organisations.

My Journey

I spent 18 years at the Soil Association, where I led impactful change programmes across southwest England, helping hundreds of purpose-driven businesses flourish. Since 2016, I’ve been working independently, delivering tailored change processes, projects, and workshops for organisations like The School for Social Entrepreneurs, Quartet Foundation, and Voscur.

Why work with me?

When I established Sustain-Live Consulting Ltd in 2015, my goal was to help businesses and social enterprises thrive while making a positive environmental impact. I’ve since had the privilege of working with incredible organizations such as Bristol Green Capital Partnership, UWE, and Women in Sustainability.

I am also an IML Social Enterprise Consultant, accredited by Triodos Bank, and have spent two years as an Associate for the School of Social Entrepreneurs, where I led learning and mentoring programs for social entrepreneurs in Bristol and the southwest.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, I offer practical expertise to guide purpose-led businesses—whether you’re a B Corp, charity, or social enterprise—through sustainable change, growth, and impact.
