That’s where my Peri/Menopause Coaching for Women in Sustainability comes in. Launching in January 2026, this coaching is designed specifically for women aged between 40–60 who are balancing meaningful careers with personal transformation.
Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, mindset tools, and wellbeing practices to help you maintain your clarity, confidence, and sense of purpose – so you can keep creating the positive change our planet needs, while feeling fully supported and energised yourself.

Peri/Menopause support in the workplace

As more women in sustainability and purpose-led professions reach midlife, workplaces must provide the proper understanding and support for those navigating peri/menopause. These natural life transitions can impact energy, confidence, and focus — yet with the proper awareness, culture, and communication, they can also become a time of renewed purpose and leadership strength.
Our Peri/Menopause Workplace Training Packages are designed for corporate, public, and third sector organisations committed to gender equity, wellbeing, and sustainable leadership.
Why it matters
- The impacts of peri-menopause in the workplace are becoming increasingly well recognised, and employees will soon expect their organisations to have support in place. Research indicates that some women experience symptoms that can significantly impact their confidence, well-being, and work performance (Brewis et al., 2017).
- 1 in 6 (17%) of employees experiencing menopause symptoms have considered leaving due to lack of support (CIPD/Gov)
- Parliament’s Women and Equalities Committee cites Oxford Economics replaying a woman on £23K salary costs employers >£30,500 (recruitment, vacancy, drag, training, lost output). Even a handful or departures becomes a six-figure hit.
- From April 2026, employers with 250+ staff will be encouraged to voluntarily publish menopause action plans, ahead of these becoming mandatory in 2027 — so now is the perfect time to get prepared.
